Purpose
Achieve sales targets within a given territory
Manage and support customer base
Training is provided in house and guidance is provided by management and marketing
Entry Level sales professional with limited product and market knowledge
Account abilities
· Implements sales strategy to achieve sales objectives in assigned territory
· Provides market intelligence and territory opportunity information, maintains CRM data as part of the process
· Advises channel partners on presentation of products and promotional materials
· Manages simple customer relationships regardless of direct or indirect channel
· Identifies and analyzes customer needs to the sales management and marketing organization
· Has basic product knowledge
· Receives direction and assistance from Manager or more experienced Sales Rep in non-routine matters
· Develops accurate volume of product to be sold as required by Sales Manager.
Experience required
Minimum 2 to 5 years relevant experience in Agriculture industry preferable/ fresh MBA
Primary Location: GUJARAT, MAHARASHTRA, KARNATAKA, NORTH INDIA
